Radha Nair is a writer of children’s books and an advertising professional. She started her career with India Book House, and then switched over to the field of advertising, in which she worked for more than two decades. She retired as Creative Director of MediaMate Advertising India Pvt. Ltd and returned to her first love…writing for children. “Appu” was created for her grandchildren, and their enthusiastic response inspired the series on this baby elephant. |
