- T.K. Venkitachalam graduated in Fine Arts from College of Fine Arts, Thiruvananthapuram. He is proficient in traditional and digital illustrations. He has lent ink to more than 70 titles for children. He worked as Editorial Illustrator with The New Indian Express for 10 years.
Venki is currently illustrating many unique children's books for various publishers in India and abroad. His works are showcased with the world's major stock image companies like Gettyimages, Illustration Works and Image Zoo.
His works like Umakkuttiyude Amoomma, Padikkan Padikkam and Jayikkan Padikkam have won state awards for the best illustration and cover design. Venki lives and works in Kochi.
